Before & After photos of a project we just finished for our client in West Bloomfield Township Mi. We removed 2 existing chimneys down to the roofline that were rapidly failing and leaking. We then rebuilt both chimneys from the roofline up with new matching bricks and poured new fiber enhanced concrete crowns. We also altered the original design to a stronger layout with an actual overhang drip edge instead of the step in layout. No more leaky chimney, no more liability, and no more horrible curb appeal!
